FESTIVAL WEEK PREP SCHEDULE – VOLUNTEERS

• Monday 8/18 – Indoor setup
• Tuesday 8/19 – Outdoor sign setup, lamb chops/chicken marinade prep
• Wednesday 8/20 – Outdoor setup, rice pudding/soup/rice/briami prep
• Thursday 8/21 – Tents/steel fence setup, salads/rice/veggies prep.
